On the morning of July 13, the Zhongguancun Blood Purification Technology Innovation Alliance (hereinafter referred to as “Innovation Alliance”) initiated the “China-Kenya International Friendly Cooperation – Blood Purification Professional Training Program” held at the Alliance Blood Purification Skills Training Base (Yunnan Station). The grand opening ceremony opened the prelude to the international talents training project.
Under the National “Belt and Road Initiative” initiative, the Alliance initiated the Sino-Kenean International Cooperation-Professional Talents Training Project, which promotes medical development and talent cultivation in African countries through the adoption of international advanced teaching models, and achieves interoperability. This is a very meaningful and Value engineering.
The Alliance Blood Purification Training Base is divided into a simulation operation training base and a clinical training training base. The training base set up in Yuxi People's Hospital of Yunnan Province and it is the first simulation operation training base approved by the Alliance and officially listed on January 26,2018.
The biggest highlight of the simulation operation training base is the simulation center that created the real clinical environment. It is equipped with a simulation system for blood purification clinical operation, which can provide hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, bedside blood purification treatment, dialysis vascular access, and dialysis equipment maintenance, and all aspects of comprehensive training. The students are at the base, playing the role of dialysis personnel, early contact with “real” patients (simulative dialysis simulator), thus combining theoretical knowledge with clinical practice in real time, quickly mastering professional skills; at the same time, the base is equipped with perfect Simulate the training assessment system and feedback the training results in a timely manner, thus greatly improving the training efficiency.
At this point, the China-Kenz International Training Program kicked off the prelude of the Alliance International Blood Purification Professional Training Program. The first phase of the 'China-Kenya International Friendly Cooperation - Blood Purification Professional Training Program' is expected to have 30 foreign students from Kenya to enter the training base.
Kenyan Governor Mr. Francis Kimemia spoke on behalf of Kenya. He expressed his sincere gratitude for all the efforts and contributions made by the Alliance for the cooperation between China and Kenya. He also gave a brief introduction to the current situation of the blood purification industry in Kenya and hopes to continue to strengthen the two countries in the future.
